Members of the Board

The South Dakota parks and Wildlife Foundation is governed by an elected 15 member Board of Directors and two voting ex-officio members - the Secretary and a Commissioner of Game, Fish and Parks.

Board meetings are scheduled for spring and fall, with conference calls, as necessary. New members are solicited and approved by the Directors.
